• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to a vehicle that is insured and suitable for delivery.
• Clean and accurate navigation skills – the ability to read maps and locate addresses within a designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and other delivery sites.
• Ability to drive safely in a variety of weather conditions.
• Proficiency in using a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills for taking and processing orders.
• Basic math skills – adding, subtracting, and making correct monetary change.
• Ability to load, move, and deliver products efficiently and safely.

Many team members begin as delivery drivers and advance to management, general manager, franchise owner, or corporate operations roles.

• Operate all equipment and process telephone orders.
• Stock ingredients and maintain the walk‑in cooler and storage areas.
• Prepare products and clean equipment and the facility daily.
• Complete inventory and related paperwork accurately.
• Perform orientation and job training as required.

• Accurately perform basic arithmetic and handle monetary transactions.
• Provide clear verbal and written communication to customers and coworkers.
• Operate a computer or handheld device for order entry.
• Maintain coordination between eyes and hands to perform fast, precise tasks.
• Enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen with accuracy.

• Varying temperatures, from 36°F in cooler areas to 90°F or higher in other sections.
• Exposure to outdoor weather while delivering and cleaning.
• Fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, and exposure to hot surfaces up to 500°F.
• Cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing, walking short distances, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Carrying and pushing trays on dollies, with up to 7.5 pounds of force needed for pushing.
• Climbing stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks infrequently.
• Flexibility to forward bend, squat, and reach above 72″ when needed.
• Skill with eye‑hand coordination for tasks such as sealing boxes, using pizza peel, and handling equipment.

• Deliver products to customers’ doors accurately and on time.
• Navigate routes within a designated delivery area, including adverse terrain.
• Maintain safe driving posture and adhere to traffic laws.

• Carry pizzas and beverages during walking and climbing duties.
• Drive within the delivery area, potentially making several deliveries per shift.
• Travel between the store, vehicle, and customers’ locations, including navigating up to five flights of stairs.

• Exposure to adverse weather while delivering, driving, and couponing.
• Far vision and night vision required for driving.
