Shift: 6:00am–4:00pm – Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–11:00am Friday. Full-time, permanent. Eligible for benefits and a bonus.
Position OverviewAs an inventory associate, you will help keep our day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Pull and kit upcoming job material and transact within Epicor (ERP) to deliver to the manufacturing team.
- Maintain inventory accuracy via daily cycle counts.
- Receive vendor shipments and complete all associated Epicor transactions.
- Ensure equipment and workplace cleanliness.
- Complete other projects as assigned by supervisor.
- Update Excel tracking documents and interact with employees on different teams, supervisor, and manager; some external contact with couriers.
- 1+ year of related experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs, primarily Excel.
- Demonstrated English written and verbal correspondence skills.
- Inventory experience and/or warehouse experience.
- Internal employees must have at least 6 months to qualify.
- Equipment experience and/or license/certification in reach truck and other warehouse equipment is strongly preferred; however, training will be provided if the candidate selected is willing to learn.
- Familiarity with Epicor (ERP) is a bonus.
May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently during the day. May stand seven to ten hours per day. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed. Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required. May need to lift up to twenty‑five pounds on occasion. Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.
Work EnvironmentWork will take place in a climate‑controlled, smoke‑free internal environment.
CompensationBase Pay Range: $18.56 – $30.93 per hour. McKesson offers a competitive total rewards package that may include annual bonus or long‑term incentive opportunities.
