Job Summary
Primary duties include kitting work orders, issuing parts, setting up trollies, working the inventory window, and performing inventory transactions in the computer (MRP system).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Pick, kit and issue parts to work orders. Both physically and in the MRP system.
- Must be able to stand at a workstation all day.
- Physically set up SMT trollies. Must put correct parts on correct feeders.
- Audit others work for accuracy.
- Validate inventory for correct labels, identification, and quantities.
- Count parts physically, as well as using equipment.
- Move inventory both physically, as well as in the MRP system.
- Must be able to investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Must be willing and able to work in multiple positions as needed.
- Maintain the highest level of inventory accuracy at all times.
- Provide a high level of customer service to all "customers" of the warehouse.
- Ability to work under high levels of stress, pressure and scrutiny.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
