Production Associate 1st Shift

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate to support daily operations through material handling, offloading, and equipment operation. This role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience.

Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM (hours may vary depending on operations).

• Offload incoming materials safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Band, secure, and organize materials for storage or shipment.
• Assist with general crew tasks to support production and delivery operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards.

• Forklift operation experience (preferred).
• Strong banding and material securing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse or production operations.
• Willingness and ability to learn company systems and processes.
• Strong work ethic with a demonstrated commitment to reliability and attendance.
• Positive attitude with a drive to grow and contribute to company success.
