Overview

As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.

Onsite position

Assignment duration: 6 months

Location:

Saint-Hubert

Tuesday – Thursday 3 days work per week (part time support)

Responsibilities
  • Mail Room Coordination:
    Collect items from Agropur and deliver to our mail room
  • Package Dispatch:
    Prepare and send out packages via Purolator
  • Coffee Service:
    Manage the coffee machine and fulfill internal orders

Building Support:

  • Monitor and report any building-related issues
  • Serve as point of contact for emergency concerns and coordinate with Agropur
Qualifications
  • Must Have

    Skills:

    Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and teams
  • Basic receptionist skills and functions
  • Must be fluent in communicate with French/ English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis
  • Nice to have skills:
    Strong team player
  • Approachable and friendly

Education:

At least HS graduate

0-1 years of experience in receptionist role and/or related industries
