Bilingual Receptionist- Part time
Overview
As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.
Onsite position
Assignment duration: 6 months
Location:
Saint-Hubert
Tuesday – Thursday 3 days work per week (part time support)

- Mail Room Coordination:
Collect items from Agropur and deliver to our mail room - Package Dispatch:
Prepare and send out packages via Purolator - Coffee Service:
Manage the coffee machine and fulfill internal orders
Building Support:
- Monitor and report any building-related issues
- Serve as point of contact for emergency concerns and coordinate with Agropur
- Must Have
Skills:
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and teams - Basic receptionist skills and functions
- Must be fluent in communicate with French/ English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis
- Nice to have skills:
Strong team player - Approachable and friendly
Education:
At least HS graduate
