As a Bilingual Executive Assistant, you'll play a key role supporting senior executives. Your responsibilities will include managing the VP’s calendar, coordinating travel, and ensuring seamless communication. This position requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize and manage the VP's calendar
• Coordinate complex travel arrangements and logistics
• Provide proactive support and decision-making for the executive
• Handle administrative budget activities and reimbursements
• Collaborate with other assistants for cohesive support
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years experience as an Executive Assistant
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage confidential information discretely
