Administrative Support

Position: Administrative Support at Yee Hong
Contribute to the opening of the Ng Siu Chan Care Centre with Yee Hong as an Administrative Assistant. Support resident care and administration in a meaningful new environment.

Reporting to the Executive Director and Director of Resident Care, this role involves administrative duties essential for the smooth operation of the LTC home. Key skills include organization, customer service, and flexibility. Your contributions directly impact the resident experience, ensuring a high standard of care and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for resident and financial matters

• Assist with resident admission and discharge processes

• Maintain accurate resident records as per standards

• Manage scheduling and staffing records

• Conduct tours for families and community groups

Requirements:

• Completion of College secretarial program or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills

• Flexibility to adapt in a changing environment

• Ability to converse in Chinese is an asset
