Ariat is seeking a Trade Compliance Operations Leader to ensure global compliance and enhance trade processes. Your leadership will drive regulatory adherence and minimize customs risks for optimal operations. In this strategic role, you will oversee compliance with international trade laws and share insights on evolving regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage trade compliance activities ensuring global adherence
- Collaborate with stakeholders to minimize customs duties
- Design solutions for customs brokerage and process improvements
- Oversee import/export documentation accuracy
- Conduct trade compliance risk assessments and audits
- Drive compliance excellence and operational efficiency as part of the Ariat team
- 7+ years in Global Trade Compliance, preferably in apparel
- Experience with CTPAT and bonded warehouse regulations
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
