Contract Manager – Pratt & Whitney Canada

Pratt & Whitney Canada is seeking an experienced professional with in-depth experience in drafting contracts to join a high‑performing team in the aerospace industry. This full‑time position is based in Longueuil, requires exclusive on‑site work, and offers flexible hours Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the drafting, review, and management of complex contracts in accordance with company policies, internal and external customer requests, schedules, and specifications.
  • Prepare documentation for contract negotiations with aircraft customers and operators.
  • Manage contractual relationships with internal clients and external aircraft customers and operators.
  • Maintain records associated with contract preparation and review.
  • Conduct contract analysis and prepare reports to ensure documents comply with negotiated parameters.
  • Collaborate with the Legal Department to advise on contract matters and provide contract solutions.
  • Assist leadership with required training initiatives.
  • Lead or manage multiple small‑to‑medium‑sized projects.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance departmental performance and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Professional degree in law, administration, business, finance (or a paralegal field considered).
  • Seven (7) years of experience in contract drafting and management.
  • Excellent drafting skills.
  • Experience with IT tools (MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑player attitude.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload and aggressive timelines.
  • Works effectively under pressure.
  • Work in a French‑speaking workplace; requires good English for reading, understanding, and communicating technical documentation and interacting with international customers, suppliers, or colleagues.
