About BRP experiences BRP Experiences creates unforgettable rides across 14 countries, focusing on delivering memorable customer experiences with industry-leading BRP vehicles.
Responsibilities Strategic Alliances : Develop and nurture relationships with existing partners and identify new alliances.
Ensure agreed rights and benefits of agreements are delivered.
Create operational resources to onboard the network.
Prepare reports on engagement and metrics to evaluate partnership success.
Collaborate with operations to uncover alliance opportunities.
Digital : Coordinate adventure content uploads & monitoring, ensuring compliance with set parameters.
Support website research, optimization, and analysis for improved UX and conversion.
Assist with market trends, performance data, and competitor activity requests.
Coordinate digital agency sprint participation.
Oversee newsletter creation, scheduling, and execution.
Track digital marketing performance and report key insights.
Follow up with stakeholders on website updates and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, operations or equivalent.
Experience in partnership, digital marketing, or related marketing roles.
Good understanding of CRM.
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Google Suite, Airtable, etc.
Comfortable building slides and presentations.
Independence, flexibility, initiative, and adaptability.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and meet commitments.
Team player with ability to collaborate across departments.
Desired Qualities Team player, eager to assist as needed.
Challenger of status quo, innovative, and improvement-driven.
Data-driven, using critical thinking and data balance in decisions.
