Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Provide people‑centric change management to mobilise teams and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead LEAN workshops (Kaizen, VSM, problem solving) and analyse performance indicators to eliminate waste and maximise productivity.
Act as a key partner to the production director, translating strategic directions into concrete action plans.
Sponsor change management and mobilisation initiatives across the organisation.
Champion continuous‑improvement and operational‑excellence culture.
Identify, prioritise and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives (safety, quality, cost, delivery).
Measure and track gains from improvement activities (productivity, waste reduction, flow improvements).
Drive cross‑functional projects involving production, quality, logistics and maintenance, ensuring coordination, risk management and achievement of results.
Collaborate with the data team to identify data requirements, bridge analysts, processes and operational dashboards.
Analyse operational data, develop and track KPIs, and formulate recommendations based on facts.
Collaborate with the production director to translate strategic directions into action plans and participate in defining the operational‑excellence roadmap.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum eight years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or five years of experience with a master’s degree.
Adaptability to dynamic and complex environments and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Critical‑thinking and solution‑oriented approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of SAP and Power BI (asset).
Knowledge of P&W engines, components and the aftermarket industry (asset).
Strong self‑motivation and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent customer‑service skills.
Strong command of English for reading, writing and speaking in technical contexts.
