Lead Business Process Management

Drive operational excellence as a Business Process Management Lead at RTX in Longueuil, Quebec. Analyze and optimize processes while fostering continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

This on-site role, from Monday to Friday, requires leadership in analyzing and designing end-to-end business processes. You will ensure consistency across Global Operations and lead teams using CORE methodologies. Your expertise will directly contribute to sustainable operational performance and strategic alignment.

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes

• Standardize performance across Global Operations

• Lead process analysis and documentation sessions

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering or Management

• Minimum 7 years in Lean/continuous improvement

• Proficient in Lean Six Sigma with Black Belt certification

• Experience leading large-scale Lean transformations

• Strong analytical and influential leadership skills
