Lead Business Process Management

This on-site role, from Monday to Friday, requires leadership in analyzing and designing end-to-end business processes. You will ensure consistency across Global Operations and lead teams using CORE methodologies. Your expertise will directly contribute to sustainable operational performance and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes
• Standardize performance across Global Operations
• Lead process analysis and documentation sessions
• Identify improvement opportunities and challenge the status quo
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering or Management
• Minimum 7 years in Lean/continuous improvement
• Proficient in Lean Six Sigma with Black Belt certification
• Experience leading large-scale Lean transformations
• Strong analytical and influential leadership skills
