From catalogs and campaigns to events, digital experiences, and social storytelling, we believe every project is an opportunity to create elevated, meaningful content. We don’t think in single deliverables — we think in ecosystems.
This role is your chance to design those ecosystems: to turn every shoot, installation, and launch into a 360° content opportunity that lives across platforms — with social playing a clear, strategic role in how our stories are told.
The RoleReporting to the Art Director, the Content Strategist & Producer is a hybrid role that blends creative vision, planning, and production leadership.
You won’t be behind the camera day-to-day, but you will lead every step of the process — from concept to final asset. You’ll pitch ideas, shape stories, plan shoots, brief photographers and videographers, and collaborate with internal creative teams to ensure each production delivers a full suite of content across campaigns, catalogs, digital platforms, events, and social.
Your mandate is simple: make sure no shoot is “just a shoot.” Whether it’s a catalog production, a contractor install, a product launch, or a major event, you’ll structure each project so it becomes a long-term content engine for the brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Planning
- Develop content plans and creative concepts aligned with brand goals, campaigns, product launches, and key initiatives.
- Identify storytelling opportunities across in-house productions, external shoots, and events.
- Think in systems: design how each production can serve multiple channels — from catalog and website to sales tools and social.
Storytelling & Creative Direction
- Write scripts, storyboards, and narrative frameworks that shape how projects are captured and communicated.
- Collaborate with contractors, designers, homeowners, and internal teams to surface authentic stories and turn them into compelling content.
- Present concepts with clarity and creative confidence to stakeholders and partners.
Production Leadership
- Lead pre-production: define deliverables, build shot lists, brief photographers, videographers, and creators, and coordinate schedules.
- Provide creative direction during key moments of production, whether on location or remotely.
- Ensure each shoot is designed to capture a full content ecosystem — hero visuals, detail shots, behind-the-scenes, video, and supporting assets.
- Make sure we’re always maximizing every production opportunity, from large-scale showcases to fast-turn moments in the field.
360° Content Activation
- Work with internal teams to translate captured content into assets for campaigns, website, catalogs, sales tools, presentations, and social.
- Ensure content is organized, structured, and delivered in formats that make it easy to reuse and extend its lifecycle.
- Continuously look for ways to extract more value from each shoot and reduce one-off content creation.
Social Platforms Focus (Instagram & Tik Tok)
- Own the creative approach for how our stories come to life on Instagram and Tik Tok.
- Collaborate with the broader social team on calendars, campaigns, and performance insights to refine what we produce and how it’s packaged.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and audience behaviors to keep our social storytelling fresh, relevant, and intentional.
