Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver positive customer experiences in retail banking
• Engage clients in meaningful financial discussions
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Proactively offer tailored financial solutions
• Meet sales and referral targets in a team environment
Requirements:
• Minimum three years in banking or credit union
• Certificate in Investment Funds in Canada required
• Background in finance or business administration
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
