Position: Senior Finance Business Partner Role (Saint-Hubert)
Transform financial management as a Senior Finance Business Partner us on expense control and provide impactful financial recommendations to operational leaders. As part of the SG&A Finance team, this role involves working closely with cost center teams to identify opportunities and assess financial implications of decisions. You will oversee budget variances, engage in annual budgeting processes, and act as a crucial advisor to enhance financial outcomes across the business.

Key Responsibilities   Evaluate operational needs and assess financial risks
Present financial results to leadership
Propose recommendations for improved cost management
Analyze budget variances and prepare financial insights
Assist in developing financial tools and reports
Requirements   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar
3 to 5 years of experience in finance
CPA designation preferred
Solid Excel skills, knowledge of Power Query
Excellent bilingual communication in French and English
Be a key player in driving Agropur's financial strategies and outcomes through collaboration.
