• Define and evolve the product development strategy in alignment with business directions and growth objectives.
• Accelerate research and innovation initiatives by identifying emerging investment themes, new structures, and market opportunities.
• Analyze client needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to guide product development and optimization priorities.
• Design and structure new products or enhancements to existing offerings, including value proposition, positioning, and performance objectives.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a coherent and effective go-to-market strategy for developed solutions.
• Maintain continuous strategic monitoring of industry practices, innovation, and evolving client expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• Professional designations such as CFA, CAIA, or CIM are a strong asset.
• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in investment product development.
• In-depth knowledge of the investment fund industry in Canada and the United States.
• Strong expertise in alternative investment strategies, including alternative ETFs, hedge funds, and private markets.
