Salary

The annual salary starts at $61,200. Based on your experience and expertise, the salary and level can be reviewed.

• Manage client appointments and be attentive to their needs.
• Advise professional clients and recommend appropriate financial solutions to meet their investment, personal financing, made‑to‑measure insurance and estate planning needs.
• Support your clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process.
• Ensure client satisfaction, engagement and loyalty.
• Refer your clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

Monday to Thursday: 9am to 5pm (with a minimum of one evening per week 12pm to 8pm), Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday 9am to 5pm on rotation based on operational needs.

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
• Obtain or hold a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence within three months of hiring, with a full refund once obtained.
