Experienced Financial Manager Needed

We are in search of an Experienced Financial Manager who can provide critical insights into financial performance in our CSM organization. This position emphasizes strategic collaboration with Finance stakeholders.

As the Financial Manager, you will play a vital role in completing budgets, preparing monthly P&L reports, and conducting financial analyses to inform decision-making. You will work closely with various teams to ensure payroll accuracy and review financial integrations within BAAN and AX. The success of this role will hinge upon meeting forecasting deadlines and providing accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete consolidated monthly budgets and forecasts

• Analyze actual results against forecasts for insights

• Prepare P&L reports for different management levels

• Liaise with IT for financial integration issues

• Report on cost changes in monthly analyses

Requirements:

• 5 years in financial analysis or managerial roles

• BaaN experience is highly beneficial

• Strong Excel proficiency for financial modeling

• Ability to work independently in dynamic settings

• Knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards
