Based in Longueuil, Quebec, Héroux-Devtek is inviting candidates to participate in their HR internship program. You will assist throughout the staffing process and with the onboarding and training of new employees. Contribute to HR technology project implementations while entering data for reporting systems like SIRH. Collaborate with HR coordinators on workforce management initiatives to drive departmental improvements. This position nurtures your adaptability and growth in a technically advanced workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in the full staffing process

• Help with onboarding new hires and training

• Support the administration of HR processes

• Enter and manage data for KPI HR reports

• Assist in various HR improvement projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related programs (in progress)

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Fluent in both French and English

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
