You will also adapt learning materials to suit different styles to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate comprehensive New Hire Orientation programs

• Create and deliver engaging training sessions

• Implement evaluation techniques for skills assessment

• Update training materials using Power Point

• Contribute to training effectiveness and compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Bilingual (French/English)

• Effective communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience with manufacturing training methodologies
