Position: Supervisor for Aerospace Operations at RTX
Lead a team in Longueuil as an Aerospace Operations Supervisor with RTX, focusing on quality control and employee management. This role emphasizes safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.

In this key supervisory position, you will manage a unionized team and ensure all operations at the Quality and Logistics Center align with strategic goals. Your analytical skills will guide the evaluation of performance metrics and the implementation of necessary adjustments. Engage with both employees and clients as you facilitate effective communication and training in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations and team performance metrics

• Inspect and manage non-conforming parts and processes

• Participate in investigations of safety events

• Plan employee shifts and manage holiday schedules

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across the team

Requirements:

• 3 to 7 years supervisory experience required

• Familiar with aerospace quality criteria and processes

• Strong leadership presence and communication skills

• Bilingual in French and English

• SAP knowledge considered an asset
