Responsibilities

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for strategic operations projects.

Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution.

Monitor deliverables, milestones, and performance indicators.

Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Prepare progress reports and present results to management.

Lead project teams and foster a culture of collaboration.

Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and become a reference point within the organization.

Qualifications

University degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.

PMP certification (an asset).

Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing complex projects.

Excellent command of project‑management tools such as MS Project.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand internal and external operational challenges.

Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment.

Fluency in French and strong proficiency in English for reading, writing, and communication.
