Position: Gestionnaire Senior, Gestion de Projets Strategiques / Senior Manager, Strategic Project Management
Location:

Longueuil, Québec, Canada (on-site, Monday to Friday, flexible hours).
About the Role  This role reports to the Associate Director and is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the organization’s strategic projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and quality goals.
Responsibilities   Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution
Monitor deliverables, milestones, and performance indicators
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
Communicate effectively with stakeholders (clients, suppliers, internal teams)
Prepare progress reports and present results to management
Lead project teams and foster a culture of collaboration
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and become a reference point within the organization
Qualifications   University degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field
PMP certification (an asset)
Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex projects
Excellent command of project management tools (MS Project)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand internal and external operational challenges
Strong leadership, organizational skills, and analytical mindset
Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment
