Building strong relationships will be essential as you work closely with Scheduling and Customer Service teams to coordinate deliveries efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily activities of drivers and staff
• Ensure adherence to transport regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams for delivery optimization
• Provide timely reports on supply chain performance
• Implement safety and training programs consistently
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in distribution and logistics
• 2+ years managing team members
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards
• Competency in JD Edwards and Microsoft tools
