In this vital role, you'll be responsible for the successful management of station operations, including passenger service and safety standards. As the Airport Operations leadership team's member, you will strive for zero delays while ensuring team member engagement and training needs are met. Your ability to lead under pressure will be crucial in optimizing schedules and improving operational outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct YHU passenger service and ramp operations
• Maintain safety and operational standards at all times
• Create effective schedules for management coverage
• Coach team members in customer interactions
• Lead regular operational assessments with the team
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years in customer service or ground handling
• 2+ years in management experience
• Strong leadership and planning capabilities
• Flexibility to work various hours
