Global Trade Manager

Lead Global Trade operations at RTX in Longueuil, Quebec. As the primary contact, you'll coordinate activities, manage compliance, and drive improvements in international trade.

The Manager, Global Trade Site Lead will guide the Longueuil site’s international activities through effective coordination and collaboration. You’ll partner with GTPS to tackle trade issues, enhance performance, and coordinate local councils for the Global Trade community. Your leadership and interpersonal skills will be crucial when working with diverse teams in a matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary Global Trade contact for Longueuil site

• Collaborate with GTPS on trade issues and enhancements

• Lead site-level international trade councils

• Manage site audit processes and corrective actions

• Maintain site cards and relevant data

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience

• Compliance experience with ITAR, EAR, and U.S. sanctions

• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• CORE Apprentice Certification preferred
