Delivery Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Delivery Project Manager to join a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC 5x week onsite.

This role is responsible for leading the deployment of new manufacturing technologies, managing projects end-to-end, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving digital transformation initiatives from concept through production readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technology deployment projects from planning through production implementation.

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and organizational change management activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)

Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year working as a Project Manager

Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, industrialization, production readiness, or manufacturing technology implementation.

Experience supporting inspection, metrology, quality systems, or production process improvement initiatives.

Exposure to organizational change management or large-scale transformation programs

Fully Bilingual French/English

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, dimensional inspection, and GD&T.

Aerospace industry experience.

Experience assessing technology readiness and moving solutions from development into production environments.

Understanding of digital manufacturing, automation, data analytics, or Industry 4.0 initiatives

The rate for this job is $32/hr - $47/hr
