Job Type: Regular To ensure seamless integration, governance, and execution of the Generation Program in support of Agropur's carrier dairy protein strategy and manufacturing transformation. The role is accountable for maximizing value creation, managing risks, and driving organizational alignment around a shared vision. The Senior Director, Generation Program Integration and Execution serves as the orchestrator of Agropur's largest investment program.

The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the effective integration, governance, and coordinated execution of all program components. The role acts as the primary steward of program alignment with senior leadership and governance committees by providing an integrated view of program performance, emerging risks, key trade-offs, and expected value creation. The incumbent ensures that decisions, priorities, resources, and investments remain aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

Through strong cross-functional leadership and influence, the Senior Director drives consistency across work streams, facilitates informed decision-making, and helps ensure the successful delivery of the program's intended business outcomes.

Salary scale 009: $164,200 to $246,200 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)

Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing program integration, governance, and execution across multiple strategic initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, you will ensure alignment of priorities, effective management of interdependencies, and the realization of sustainable business value.

Provide Program Governance and Leadership   Establish and maintain a robust governance framework that enables effective decision-making and program oversight.
Develop, track, and present key performance indicators to executive leadership and governance committees.
Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization.
Drive Strategic Integration and Alignment   Maintain a comprehensive view of the program, including critical interdependencies across initiatives.
Ensure alignment between program activities and the organization's strategic objectives.
Facilitate collaboration and coordination among cross-functional teams and business units.
Lead Program Execution   Ensure successful delivery of program objectives related to scope, schedule, budget, and business outcomes.
Oversee program monitoring, reporting, control mechanisms, and accountability processes.
Anticipate challenges and implement mitigation plans to support program success.
Maximize Business Value Creation   Support investment decisions through financial analysis and business case evaluation.

The profile that excels in execution:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA or other graduate-level education is considered an asset.
15+ years of progressive experience leading strategic programs, enterprise transformations, or major capital investment initiatives.
Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.
Leadership experience within industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, utilities, or other capital-intensive environments.
