Global Sales, Associate Director – North America
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this full‑time, on‑site role based in Saint‑Hubert, QC focuses on leading strategic initiatives to grow the North American aftermarket business for Pratt & Whitney Canada.

Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales professionals across North America responsible for all P&W aftermarket products and services.
- Develop and maintain executive‑level relationships with owners/operators, Fixed Base Operators (FBO), and governmental entities to drive aftermarket sales activities.
- Craft strategies to sustain P&W leadership in key markets—General Aviation, Regional Aviation, Turbofan, and APU.
- Oversee bid‑respond processes for long‑term agreements and ensure timely tender quotations.
- Serve as a product and service expert for operators, combining technical and financial knowledge.
- Achieve sales quotas, prepare and maintain forecasts that support multi‑site MRO activities.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Contracts, and Operations to align regional objectives.
- Address local challenges and capture opportunities through strategic and creative approaches.
- Participate in new in‑service solution development and strategic planning.
- Attend trade shows and conduct regular customer visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or Aeronautics with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.
- MBA or Master’s degree is an asset.
- Autonomous, professional, and business‑enthusiastic with an evolving mindset.
- Self‑motivated, capable of developing new territories and customers in a changing environment.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships in long sales cycles.
- Strong grasp of the sales cycle and contractual aspects (credit approvals, logistics, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation, problem‑solving, presentation, and strategic thinking skills, with creativity to produce win‑win solutions.
- Ability to lead initiatives and projects that result in sales and opportunity closure.
- Excellent knowledge of the aircraft maintenance industry, with desirable experience in Brazilian and Latin American markets.
- Frequent travel required.
