In this position, you will report to the Team Leader while managing and processing sales orders. The role involves addressing after-sales inquiries and ensuring compliance with specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and send customer quotation contracts
• Stay informed on project details for coordination
• Manage order processing and workflows in Genius
• Verify shop drawings for specification adherence
• Address after-sales inquiries and resolve issues
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant field
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
