This full-time position requires a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, agriculture-driven environment. You will manage relationships with producers, oversee pricing negotiations, and coordinate logistics while supporting grain movement. Your ability to adapt and build connections in the local market will be crucial to our business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with grain producers to develop strong rapport

• Originate grain through strategy and territory growth

• Execute pricing and purchasing negotiations with finesse

• Support partner communication for effective grain logistics

• Monitor commodity markets for insights and opportunities

Requirements:

• Background in grain merchandising or agriculture industry

• Strong knowledge of prairie agriculture

• Capability to prioritize multiple projects independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems

• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel
