Key Responsibilities- Draft and send customer quotation contracts
- Stay informed on all project details for productive coordination
- Manage order processing and project workflows in Genius
- Verify shop drawings for compliance with specifications
- Address after‑sales inquiries and resolve issues
- Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
- At least 3 years’ experience in a relevant field
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize effectively
