Boart Longyear is seeking experienced Surface Diamond Drillers to enhance our Drilling Services team. In this physically demanding role, you will work under a supervisor, ensuring all operations are safe and efficient while also possibly training new Driller Assistants. You'll contribute to drilling projects by handling tools, samples, and equipment maintenance to support mining and exploration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety policies and best practices

• Train and mentor new Driller Assistants

• Maintain equipment and tools in optimal condition

• Support drilling operations and collect samples

• Monitor workplace safety and risk management

Requirements:

• Valid First Aid Certificate

• 1+ years experience in diamond drilling

• Strong literacy and numeracy skills

• Ability to meet Fitness for Duty standards

• Valid driver's license is an asset
