Mechanic for Castle Rock’s Fleet

Join Castle Rock Enterprises as a Mechanic, ensuring our fleet remains safe and operational in Yukon’s civil construction industry. Your skills will be essential in maintaining trucks and support vehicles.

As part of the team, your main focus will be on performing repairs and regular maintenance on construction vehicles. Your experience with diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues will support field operations. Collaboration with drivers and the Shop Manager will help you prevent equipment failures and streamline repair processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on trucks and trailers

• Diagnose issues in multiple mechanical systems

• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance

• Carry out field repairs to minimize downtime

• Follow safety protocols and maintain regulations

Requirements:

• Red Seal Truck and Transport Technician certification preferred

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems

• Strong problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to multitask effectively
