Senior Systems Designer-HVAC Controls

- Plan and coordinate all accounting and finance activities
- Coordinate month-end closing
- Prepare annual financial statements
- Develop budgets and forecasts (with VP Finance & GM)
- Oversee financial and risk management and cash flow
- Evaluate processes and implement optimization and controls
- Develop and monitor KPIs
- Improve efficiency of financial and administrative processes
- Lead and develop finance team (hands-on approach)
- Oversee building/renovation contracts
- Keep product/technology knowledge up to date
- Attend training and trade events
- 10+ years senior finance/accounting experience
