We are looking for a Product Delivery Project Manager
, reporting to the Project Management Director, who will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects for products in development and/or for production-assigned projects within the XNRGY group. This role will be crucial to ensure that all product projects meet XNRGY standards and are delivered on quality, schedule, and cost. As part of your role, you will support the design of innovative new products and ensure the preparation for delivery of projects assigned to the production site.

An overview of your responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering all activities related to product development, including product performance, design, timelines, costs, as well as operational budgets, investments, and management presentations
• Responsible for delivering overall activities for projects assigned for production, including adherence to schedules, costs, performance, reporting, and presentations
• Oversee a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and buyers in development activities
• Assess risks with the team and develop an action plan to mitigate those risks
• Work closely with all company functions to ensure tight coordination and smooth communication
• Develop and implement new project management processes and tools to improve project management efficiency

What you will need, among other things:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Experience managing highly complex product manufacturing projects
• Good understanding of highly integrated and complex products evolving with a multidisciplinary team
• Strong leadership skills, structured and rigorous approach
• Ability to work in a startup-like dynamic environment
• Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
