A well‑respected firm in Longview, Texas is seeking a Tax Manager. They are a firm that promotes growth and values family. This is a very well‑established firm wanting to bring in a Manager who can assist in the training, mentoring, and supervising of staff.

• Review of Tax Returns
• Tax Research
• Mentor Staff & Interns
• Train Staff

• CPA Required
• Bachelor's in Accounting
• 6+ Years of Experience in Public Accounting
• Review Experience
• Supervisory Experience
• Familiarity with CCH Axcess is a bonus
• Experience with 1040, 1065, 1120, & 1120-S

• Medical, Dental & Vision offered
• 401k with a 3% match on the first check! Eligible for an additional 2% match post 1 year of service
• PTO (4+ Weeks)
• Limited busy season hours (50–55 hours / No more than 60 hours the week of the deadline)
