Reports to:

Profit Center Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

+ Knowledge of general accounting principles

ADDITIONAL

+ High degree of accuracy, attention to detail

+ Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Essential Job Functions:

+ Answer incoming calls and provide courteous, prompt and efficient service to customers and vendors

+ Process accounts payable

+ Process sales and purchasing documents accurately

+ Research and process credit memos

+ Process end of business day reports

+ Interact daily with employees and customers

+ Order office supplies
