We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Longview, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations.

• Available during the agency’s operating hours
• Verify MD licenses and renew upon expiration
• Any other duty assigned by Office Manager
• Keep communications open to OM and all staff that is needed
• Mail out and send all orders that need a signature. Upload all orders and process all orders that are received in the system daily
• Keep workflow current
• Uploads
• Make all new admit soft chart
• Run office reports designated by OM
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Keep medical supplies stocked and put up as they are received. This requires standing and bending for periods of time.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in an administrative or office support role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
