East Texas Bridge, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to maintain accurate records for company vehicles and equipment. This position will use company software and GPS systems to track maintenance, repairs, fuel usage, equipment hours, and other fleet-related information.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Collecting, reviewing, and entering vehicle and equipment data into company software
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date fleet and equipment records
- Tracking vehicle and equipment maintenance and repairs
- Recording oil changes and other routine service
- Tracking fuel purchases and usage
- Recording and monitoring equipment hours
- Reviewing GPS and equipment information for accuracy
- Organizing and maintaining electronic and/or paper records
- Assisting with general office and administrative duties as needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Good general office and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required
- Previous data entry, fleet, equipment, or construction-related office experience is a plus
