Collision Estimator

Responsibilities

• Create accurate vehicle damage estimates and document needed repairs and parts replacement
• Coordinate customers' repair needs and manage communication throughout the repair process
• Inform and update customers and insurance companies throughout repairs
• Document every customer interaction accurately and efficiently
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
• Ensure compliance with WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication and delivery
• Communicate customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
• Greet customers positively in person and by phone
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team as required
• Support team members when required
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings if required
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by the Store Manager
• Work with team members to achieve repair facility KPIs

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience for DRP compliance
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver's License

Demonstrates expertise in vehicle damage estimation, customer communication, and compliance with insurance requirements. Proficient in coordinating repair processes and ensuring adherence to operational standards.
