Mentoring Alliance is seeking ministry-minded individuals to join our After School team as Group Leaders. The role focuses on fostering youth development by guiding elementary students in enrichment activities after school in a non-exempt, part-time capacity, averaging 17-20 hours per week.
We value individuals who demonstrate compassion, reliability, and a heart for service. Applicants must be 17+, have a high school diploma or GED preferred, and be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
