This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Worker, based in Longview, TX. The Construction Worker will be involved in a variety of construction tasks, including masonry, flooring, and building renovations. Responsibilities include performing general construction labor, assisting in property transformations, preparing job sites, following safety protocols, and working with a team to complete multi-phase projects effectively.

• Experience in masonry, flooring, and general construction work
• Knowledge of property renovations and the ability to assist with executing comprehensive transformation projects
• Demonstrated ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain organized worksites
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
• Previous experience with weather-appropriate materials and grading is a plus
• Reliable transportation to the job site in Longview, TX
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a bonus
