We are seeking an energetic and flexible team player ready to help our large customer base. An ideal candidate will leverage technology, innovative thinking, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills to support customers, fellow associates, and the company achieve strategic goals.
This is a full time position with generous benefits. The primary responsibility is taking inbound calls and emails for quote and order fulfillment and technical product knowledge assistance.
Candidate Requirements- Industry experience recommended but not required.
- Well versed in customer relationship management.
- Professional in appearance and attitude.
- Able to multitask and learn new business platforms.
- Provide world class customer service.
- Able to support the daily transactional work in customer service, while working closely with other departments such as accounting, shipping and receiving, and supply chain as needed.
- Must have the ability to understand technical applications (training also provided).
- Knowledgeable in all Office programs.
- Swagelok product knowledge a plus.
- Actively engage with continuous improvement education & training and professional/personal development in alignment with company programs and use technology to find ways to streamline and improve work processes.
