Locations:
Texarkana, TX (Industrial) – Mt. Pleasant, TX (Retail)
- Partner with Account Managers to provide seamless service to our professional community.
- Ensure alignment on customer account needs by resolving inquiries promptly and thoughtfully.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain excellent records and account health.
- Provide meaningful assistance to ensure clients feel supported and heard.
- Advance internal processes to improve the overall customer journey.
- Foster a sense of partnership across departments to resolve complex inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a collaborative and team‑oriented approach to daily office operations.
- Travel within the region as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in industrial gases and welding supplies or similar industrial products.
- Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends to meet operational deadlines.
Moderate business travel required. Must have reliable transportation.
Computer Skills- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, database programs).
- 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP (or similar ERP) strongly desired.
- Ability to enter and extract data into and out of a computer.
