Dental Hygienist – Part‑Time Position – Smile Studio

Smile Studio is actively seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team in Longview, TX. We support a mission of excellent dental care and want you to help us create smiles and memorable experiences.

We are looking for a Hygienist to work 3–4 days a week. You will have opportunities for continuing education, 1:1 mentorship, and an expansive network of experts, while enjoying full clinical autonomy.

• Provide outstanding patient care, Education and support to patients.

• Collaborate with a 13‑person team and a practice manager.

• Current dental hygienist license in Texas and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (if required).
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, hygienist procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills.
• Clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care.

• Perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to sit, stand, lift, and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for virtual or in‑person training sessions when required.
