• Thursday - Monday, 7 am - 7 am (24hr shift), 4 - 7 day blocks
• In-house call -- 30-minute response time required
• Avg 15 patients per shift, approx 3 admissions per 24hr period
• Critical care -- rounding on new and existing patients required
• Burn, trauma, surgical, and medical critical care patients treated
• Required:
  
  PA catheter, IABP, temp pacemaker, ICP mgmt, dialysis cath
• Ongoing coverage potential -- multiple blocks with recurring monthly need
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
