Bilingual Associate Consultant

Job Description

This is a full-time position split between two programs with a primary focus of assisting the team through interpreting and serving Spanish-speaking students and clients. This role requires adaptability from office duties to “field” work. This could include, but is not limited to, occasional classroom instruction, one-on-one development planning, assisting with entry and exit surveys, parent information events, and assisting in general duties for each program.

The associate consultant must be well organized, self-motivated, personable, and enjoy classroom presentations. They should enjoy working with pre-teen and teenage groups along with young adults and can clearly and persuasively convey the program’s content.

This position pays an hourly wage ranging from $20 – $25 per hour depending on skillset and experience with opportunities for raises based upon performance.
