Registration Assistant

Position: Registration Assistant (05-07-2026)
Primarily weekdays, 8:00 a.m.

- 5:00 p.m. Requires hours and flexibility that can include evenings and weekends.

POSITION

DESCRIPTION:

* Greet and assist students, faculty, staff, or visitors as they come into the Registrar Office.

* Answer incoming calls.

* Manage department email inbox.

* Process transcript requests including electronic downloads from Clearinghouse.

* Back up for processing ALL department forms.

* Assist with Academic Catalog publishing, edits, and amendments as needed.

* Research and troubleshoot student issues.

* Assist in student registration during SWARM events

* Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

* A bachelor's degree is preferred

* A minimum of 2 years successful experience in higher education. Preferably registrar office.

* Must possess the following skills: interpersonal, organizational, time management, computer, creative problem solving, telephone, and attention to detail.

* Must be a self-starter that requires minimal supervision, be able to maintain confidentiality, and be a good written and oral communicator

* Must also be able to interact effectively with persons of all educational and business position levels
