We strive to make music lessons accessible and affordable to as many people as possible because we believe music education is essential to improving the world.

Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for Piano. We do not have a brick‑and‑mortar studio in the Longview, TX area, but we have students needing teachers ASAP. Lessons can occur in the student's home, your own home or studio, or via webcam. Most students prefer in‑person lessons, so we need local instructors willing to travel within the Longview, TX area.

You will be paid on an independent contractor basis between $20‑$30 per hour, dependent on travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate. You have the freedom to set your own schedule, curriculum, and lesson plans. The company handles advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing.

Ideal candidates are great with kids, love teaching, communicate well with the office, and are organized and punctual. While formal music training is not mandatory, you must have either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or prior teaching experience.

In addition, you must comply with COVID‑19 safety guidelines. You must wear a mask, sanitize hands, and practice social distancing when applicable.
